Hi Team,
This is a general question about CentOS kernel release, at the moment have new kernel released on Redhat which is 90.2 but on CentOS forms side couldn't see anything till now. So in general what would be the time gap between Redhat & CentOS side when there is a new kernel is in place to get it reflected on CentOS mirror page.
Thanks
Nanaji
General question regarding CentOS updates
Re: General question regarding CentOS updates
Actually the new kernel is kernel-3.10.0-1160.92.1.el7.x86_64 not 90.2.
There was a problem with the signing server for the kernel (used for secure boot) but the latest batch of CentOS 7 updates have just been pushed to the mirror network so should be available soon.

The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
