Hello
I'm unable to install freenx into my Centos 7 using yum.
When i tried, "yum install nx freenx", I'm getting error message saying that
No package freenx available.
No package nx available.
"yum list | grep extra"s doesn't contain freenx.
My Centos release is: CentOS Linux release 7.0.1406 (Core)
Your help is highly appreicated.
Installing FreeNX Centos 7
Re: Installing FreeNX Centos 7
Has it been moved to EPEL? Also since this is still a pretty new release, there is a chance that it just hasn't been built yet.
[edit] This post has some details, but looks like it might still be broken and therefor not in a repo yet viewtopic.php?f=47&t=47386

Re: Installing FreeNX Centos 7
I'd like to go with x2go if only someone would make a working x2go client for the Mac. The one that is provided doesn't function, the meta keys, control, shift, alt, etc, do not work and the full screen mode only works if you put the X-server in full screen mode, and that breaks virtual desktops on macs, whereas freenx client, opennx client, and opennx player which work with freenx all work properly on Mac.JoshuaPK wrote:FreeNX is old and unsupported. You may want to try X2Go instead:
