dnsmasq selective query forwarding

I want to configure dnsmasq to forward all queries except for those that match *.multi.uribl.com?
i.e. dns queries for centos.org go to 8.8.8.8 but queries for 2.0.0.127.multi.uribl.com get handled directly.

Is this possible?
I know about the server directive (e.g. server=/ajax.googleapis.com/8.8.8.8) to specify dns forwarding per domain.
I know that I could just disable forwarding altogether but that would make the dns queries slower.
