Im new with Centos and Im working with KMV libvirtd3.2 and I want to upgrade it to the last version? but no luck.

CentOS 7.4 only just updated libvirtd to libvirt-3.2.0-14.el7_4.3.x86_64. Prior to 7.4 it was 2.0.0.
Replacing core CentOS supplied packages is not recommended.

The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
