Run service auditd rotate then remove all /var/log/audit/audit.log.* files except audit.log. Then setenforce 0 and recreate then run aureport -a. For each entry in the list produced by aureport, take the number from the far right hand side of each line and substitute it for nnn in ausearch -a nnn and post that output here.

aureport doesnt return anything:



Sorry to be such a pain! I really liked Concrete5 when I messed about with an online demo and I really want to make this work.

Just to make sure: between the setenforce 0 and the aureport -a, you want off to your web browser and navigated to the set up page that was previously giving you the errors?

Right, straight to the point, 2 things:

1) Thank you very, very much for all your help
2) Concrete5 is now installed and (so far) is working correctly

I have been very busy this morning and burned my server and started again but instead of using CentOS Minimal (which I am clearly out of my depth on knowledge wise) I opted for the 'DVD ISO' and installed that.

After I had finished installing Apache, MariaDB I then installed Concrete5. The PDO error was not there this time but the Directories Must Be Writeable By Your Web Server issue was still there so I went back over this thread and this time when I run the 3 semanage commands followed by restorecon it worked!

No idea it didn't work previously but it's working now so I can get on with using Concrete5 - once again, thanks for all your help!
