Hello, I need lipsum.sty in texlive but I can not find it in any centos 7 repository, though I see the version for centos 6 exists...
Where is the lipsum.sty supposed to be found? Thanks.

lipsum.sty is not included in the texlive packages from CentOS7.

Texlive has the possibility to customize your installation and add your own user or system wide .sty files. Download lipsum.sty from https://www.ctan.org/pkg/lipsum and install it in the users $HOME/texmf directory or in /usr/share/texlive/texmf-local. You can find detailed instructions on https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Te ... allation_2.

Or you can just install the current TeX Live using its installer and put it in your path ahead of the cut down and old CentOS version.

Thanks for the suggestions. I also need a few other packages, and not all of them can be easily obtained without any conflict with the default version (maybe this is the reason they are not provided by centos?).
Installing the current Tex Live was not a good idea in my first thought, but I finally recall that my latex life was much easier when I had a almost-full-install locally in my previous computer...
Installing tex-live 2017... Thanks again!
