Hi, I find the ibus-table-latex is very useful for Greek letters input and some symbols. I remember it was in Centos 6, but I can not find it in centos 7. Anyone knows if there is a rpm for centos 7? If not, any plan to include it? Thanks.
I tried a rpm from another distro, ibus-table-latex-1.3.9-1.mga6.noarch.rpm, with which I can have the input method in the list, but the mapping does not work...
[SOLVED] ibus-table-latex for centos 7?
Re: ibus-table-latex for centos 7?
If anyone gets the same problem, I have a solution now. I downloaded the latex.txt from the web (for example, here: https://github.com/moebiuscurve/ibus-ta ... 3.9.tar.gz) and created the latex.db from it.
It should have worked, but it had the problem that when I type 'a' for α, it gives '∗' directly before I finish 'alpha'. This is found due to the "/desktop/ibus/engine/table/latex/autocommit" flag in dconf. Everything is fine after changing this flag to False. It took me quite a long time to find the culprit...
