There's absolutely no useful information in your post. Post exact error messages and symptoms.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

because just i restart the server after that i getting this error and my server going down

You appear to have attempted to add a filesystem mounted on /repo/centos/7 to your /etc/fstab and that is failing to mount and because you told it that it was a system essential filesystem, it stops and dumps you into emergency mode.
You need to give the root password that it's asking for and then fix the problem. The easiest thing to do for the moment is to edit /etc/fstab and comment the line that refers to /repo/centos/7 then continue with the boot. If it complains that the filesystem is readonly, quit the editor without saving then run
mount -o remount,rw /
then edit the file, comment the line, save the changes, then run the same mount command but use -o remount,ro before you reboot.
Next time you edit /etc/fstab, after you finish, as root, run mount -a and see if there are any errors. If there are fix them before you reboot.
