Machine: Mac - VirtualBox
OS: CentOs 7

I installed gParted using below commands,

yum install epel-release
yum install gparted
Install Reference: viewtopic.php?t=52314

Getting, on running the gparted,
root@MagicBox:~$ sudo gparted
Failed to execute operation: Access denied
/usr/sbin/gpartedbin: symbol lookup error: /usr/sbin/gpartedbin: undefined symbol: _ZN4Glib17SignalProxyNormal13connect_impl_EbON4sigc9slot_baseEb
Failed to execute operation: Access denied

any ideas?

Run yum update and make sure the rest of your system is up to date.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
