I installed CentOS 7 to VirtualBox on Windows 10 in order to make programs with Eclipse for ESP32. All started fine, but after some minutes Eclipse slowed down and eventually stopped responding.
It may also be GNOME, that hung, because I could not even change to another terminal.
CentOS is the latest version, Eclipse is Neon. I may think, that it hangs sooner, if I also run OpenOCD.
When it hangs, the only thing I can do, is to go to VB and shut down the virtual machine.
I have changed the memory between 2 and 8 GB and cpus 1 and 3, but no difference. W10 has 12 GB memory.
I installed latest Ubuntu to VB and then Eclipse (Photon) and that works fine.
I would like to use CentOS, so is there anything, I can do to make it work.
