On fresh install of CentOS 7.5 following error is not logged.

We dont see any issue after upgrade but concern about the following message whether it will create issue later. Please confirm whether the below message can ignored. if not than how to fix the issue.

It is not possible to upgrade CentOS 6.x to 7.y . You will have to backup your 6.x installation and start with a fresh 7.6 installation.

Do not upgrade to CentOS 7.5. That is an old release with a lot of known security issues and is no longer supported. The current version is 7.6.

We are getting following error only when system is upgraded from CentOS 6.7 to CentOS 7.5.
There is no supported upgrade from CentOS 6 to 7. The way to move from one to the other is to backup your data, install CentOS 7 and then reinstall your apps and restore your backup.
