i use yum and dnf to install obfs4 in centos7 but they did not work .
dnf Error: Unable to find a match: obfs4
yum No package obfs4 available.
how can i install it ?

We don't ship it and nor do any of my third party repos.

Tor is in EPEL.

yum --enablerepo=extras install epel-release
yum install tor
