Skype not starting

Hi there.

Retrying after a few weeks but the latest release of Skype isn't starting. Tried the RPM direct from the Skype website and though flatpak, both installing with no errors. Not sure why but it appears to try to start then just gives up, maybe an outdated dependency as Skype on fedora is working fine.

The work around I have use was to use an older RPM.

Yep been there done that. The last known version of Skype for Linux know to work with CentOS is 8.50.0.38. You can find the thread here:
