After the latest Firefox yum update in CentOS 7.9.2002:
After typing the FIRST letter a, o, w, or t in the line for entering the URL, Firefox immediately exit from working, without informing anything in ~/.mozilla/firefox/crash reports.
And when you type for example https://www.google.com or https://forums.centos.org/ everything works fine.
I have not checked a complete list of all letters to check which of them lead to termination of Firefox operation.

Re: error in new Firefox 115.9.1 RPM
Now the character w is "out" of firefox's kill list - but a, o and t give firefox a kill.
And "remove history" has no effect on this

Re: error in new Firefox 115.9.1 RPM
I solved the problem - apparently this is not a bug in Firefox, but a strange glitch. I deleted all directories like ~/.mozilla/vplv32yr.default and files ~/.mozilla/firefox/installs.ini and /home/guest/.mozilla/firefox/profiles.ini and everything worked fine.
