CentOS 7 on new dell server?

Company received a new servers from dell and we need to install CentOS 7.0 , but it turns out the kernel in CentOS 7.0 doesn't support the realtek chips on server... how can i approach his problem and what steps i should take ??? Need help!

What model of server and what model of Realtek is this? The output of lspci -nn would help. I presume you mean ethernet chips?
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
