Hello,
I would like to know the most efficient way to execute the trim "automatically.
FSTRIM HR advocates, however, a command like:
[*]sudo systemctl enable fstrim.timer[*]
To start the timer, is not functional, while it is operational Fedora and Suse.
Do you have a solution?
Thank you in advance.

Re: About SSD Trim.
RH used to recommend the discard operation, but that tends to add unnecessary wear and tear.
Why not run a script that'll run fstrim at boot, say every once a week or via a cron/systemd timer?
Perhaps this'll help: http://www.certdepot.net/rhel7-extend-life-ssd/
