Sound card not detect and working

Hi All,

I need to install NVIDIA sound drivers in my newly installed CentOs7 PC. Please help us to configure sound in my PC. Below are the details. Please let me know if any other details required.

[root@RHRL7 cacerts]# lspci | grep sound
[root@RHRL7 cacerts]# systemctl | grep sound
sys-devices-pci0000:00-0000:00:05.0-sound-card0.device loaded active plugged M4N68T series motherboard
sound.target loaded active active Sound Card
[root@RHRL7 cacerts]# uname -a
Linux RHRL7 3.10.0-229.14.1.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue Sep 15 15:05:51 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
[root@RHRL7 cacerts]# cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS Linux release 7.1.1503 (Core)
[root@RHRL7 cacerts]#
