When you see the initial boot menu which has options for "Install CentOS 7", "Verify Media and install..." and "Troubleshooting", highlight the top one and press the tab key. The remove "quiet" (and rhgb if it's present) from that and boot up. See if you see more messages than you currently do.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

Highlight the menu entry, hit tab just once and it should put the kernel command line on the bottom of the screen and the cursor at the end. Just backspace to delete "quiet" from it and press enter to start the install.

Possibly that card is too new for the open source nouveau driver that ships with the CentOS kernel. Try using the Troubleshooting menu which has an option to install in plain VGA mode and see if that will work. If it does then the problem is likely in nouveau and once you are installed and yum update'ed to the latest 3.10.0-514.10.1.el7 kernel, install the ELRepo kmod-nvidia package and see if it works correctly with the proprietary nvidia driver.

It seem to work now, thank for helps.

I don't have any vga output, but I switch the hdmi to the motherborad's one. And it get another error.

Failed to start switch root,
Warning: /dev/root does not exist

I modified the start menu, change the boot img
inst.stage2=hd:/dev/sdb4 (sdb4 is my usb media)

and it works now! Wonderful!
