Centos7 does not want to work with J3455

Post by mikenovoselov » 2017/08/03 09:27:50

Centos 7.3 (1611) 3.10.0-514.26.2.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP
Detected CPU family 6 model 92 ....this hardware has not undergone upstream testing...
Fedora25 works without problems, but there is a different version of the kernel..
What can be done about Centos7 ?

That's just an informational message. Make sure you remove rhgb quiet from the kernel command line so you can see any other kernel messages as that one is most likely not the problem. You can also append unsupported_hardware to the kernel command line to suppress the message.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

As such, there are no errors, but everything works very slowly ..
