I do not like the errors, while smart data seems OK.
I can recommend you to replace your sata cable and change the slot it is attached to.
Then take a note of the error count and if it keeps increasing - replace this disk.

Also check if there are any possible firmware upgrades, if so, check the release notes and consider upgrading the disk firmware.

Please bare in mind that RAIDs do not remove the need for backups!
