Touchpad on Thinkpad x230 doesn't work

Touchpad on Thinkpad x230 doesn't work.
There are no touchpad in /proc/bus/input/devices
I'm using CentOS 7
Please help!

Is xorg-x11-drv-evdev or xorg-x11-drv-libinput installed?

xorg-x11-drv-libinput - this package hasn't been installed. I installed it, rebooted, but touchpad still not working.
Any ideas?
