Does the output of lspci or lsusb show your adapter?
Then do a web search to see if it's supported by linux.

Re: CentOS 7.6-1810 Desktop can not find Wi-Fi adapter on HP 14-ck0023tu
The result is
'Network Controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8821CE 802.11 ac PCIe Wireless Network Adapter'.
It told me to use driver from Fedora, Ubuntu, etc.
Can you please help me to move forward step by step?

Please use lspci -nn not lspci. It shows us the exact model of card that way.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

Unfortunately I don't see a Linux driver for the device [10ec:c821] in kernel or provided by Realtek.

In Realtek's webpage, there is only driver for Windows released since 2017. May I say that every Linux distros can't use this NIC namely [10ec:c821]?

A couple of people wrote the driver for RTL8821CE:
https://github.com/endlessm/linux/tree/ ... /rtl8821ce
and
https://github.com/tomaspinho/rtl8821ce
If either can be built for CentOS-7, that would be the only way to get the device to work.

How can we ask for help from those 2 developers to make it for CentOS ?
Someone using Fedora succeeded:

Can you please help demonstrating step by step ?

That Fedora "solution" is using the code from the first github link in my post. I doubt it will build on CentOS-7.
I strongly recommend that you buy an inexpensive wireless adapter that works out of the box under CentOS-7. You may want to read this post by ELRepo's developer, Phil Perry. It explains why that is the only practical choice.
