vpnc

Post by nickmarks » 2014/07/16 10:26:18

I'm trying to install the rpm of vpnc (to connect to a Cisco VPN concentrator) as there is nothing in the repo's yet (No package NetworkManager-vpnc available.)

Likewise, there isn't an rpm for 7 yet, so I've tried installing vpnc-0.5.3-4.el6.i686.rpm, which fails due to having upstart as a dependency.

Is there another way to get vpnc loaded onto 7?

The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
