Did you install the latest version of kmod-forcedeth from ELRepo? It's required for the 7.4 kernel. Best thing to do is to install elrepo-release and then yum update as it will keep it up to date for you.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

you've got it! I had the previous version of the module, maybe it not updated cause the network error... solved now, thank you!
