ERROR NT_STATUS_RESOURCE_NAME_NOT_FOUND

I type smbclient L <<ipaddress>>/<<share>> --user=<<username>>

my Share is named: HTDOCS

I get

DOMAIN=<<NAMEDOMAIN>> OS=[Windows 8.1 Pro 9600] Server=[Windows 8.1 Pro 6.3]

I get SHARENAME TYPE COMMENT listed

BUT

SHARENAME htdocs i see TYPE DISK but no COMMENT at other lines there is STANDARDSHARE
Is this wrong?

then comes a line: ERROR NT_STATUS_RESOURCE_NAME_NOT_FOUND
Netbios OVER TCP disabled -- no workgroup available
what am i doing wrong?
