Active Directory Migration to CentOS and Samba

Hi all!
I'm new here and I'm considering moving my W2003 installation to CentOS and Samba. I don't have a complex infrastructure or massive use of AD gpo etc. My W2003s are one pdc and one bdc. On the PDC I have my print queue and the file server with permission etc. per user.

Do someone can help me with the steps I need to consider to migrate my W2003 net to a samba based net? I mean something like:

1- after installing CentOS create a new domain
2- move your file system to new samba filesystem
3- import users
4- move your client to new domain etc. etc.

so something like schematic step to consider for achieving my goal because with a scheme in mind i can find the documentation needed, start testing etc. Can someone help?
