Can't access with ftp

Hi,
I've create a new user for access with ftp but when i try to connect i've error that can see in the attachment.

I've centos 7 64 bit.

How can i fix ?

Could you show error and check connect without selinux,

To disable selinux just make command:

sudo setenforce 0

Selinux is disabled.

I've opened the port 20 on iptables and now works fine.
