Hello to all !
I am new (and newbie) in network and I have a trouble to connecto SSH from an external network by using CentOS 7.
Details:
- From local network ( from another machine ), I can connect to SSH server.
- The firewall ( firewall-cmd and iptables ) allow connection.
- When I test the port 22 from "http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/" , it is Opened!
- When I try to connect, a message "connection refused" is shown.
- The IP is dynamic ( public IP 179.35.51.63 ) ( SSH server IP 192.168.1.7 )
** I belive the problem is on router, so I TRIED to do somethings that I saw on the internet ( without successed ):
- DMZ Host configured to 192.168.1.7
- Port Forwarding:
WAN Start Port: 22
WAN End Port : 22
Enable MAC Mapping -
LAN Host IP Address 192.168.1.7
LAN Host Start Port 22
LAN Host End Port 22
What else do I need to do to connect from external network?
Thank you in advanced

Re: Connect SSH in external network
You have to redirect port in you edge router to your local server.
