Diskless Centos 7 PXE Boot and NFS root share Lock Reclaim Failed

I am PXE booting diskless Centos 7 and mounting NFS share that hosts root file system. It works absolutely fine. The problem is that I am multi booting PXE diskless machine that share the same NFS root file system share.
I am using Kernel 3.10.0-693.e17.x86_64 on x86_654 machines for diskless clients.
If I PXE boot single machine everything is ok, but when I PXE boot multiple machines, clients intermittently becomes unresponsive and following message is displayed on all clients.
I have exactly the same setup on Centos 6.8 and everything works fine, no errors are displayed and all PXE clients works fine. But I want Centos 7 to share the same root file system without causing the NFS lock issue.
