My nfs-server is not working
rpcbind is active and running
nfs-server is active (exited)

I found in messages this, but can't find a solution in google for it. Any help is very appreciated

Make sure that rpcbind is enabled and started.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
