Sorry, 192.168.1.x in /etc/hosts will not work.
First you have setup your router to allow fixed ip addresses - right now it looks like all are reserved for dhcp.
Secondly you have to set the selected address on your server either by some GUI tool or editing the right file
in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts.
