IPSEC VPN problem, tunnel up but no routed

Hi to all,
i'm working on a VPS with Centos 6.9 with with libreswan ipsec and CSF configured.
I have to connect Site to Site to a my partner that already gived me his preshared key, remote peer ip and remote network IP Mask.

Following is my /etc/ipsec.conf:
