I am using bind as dns service and nginx as web service.
my website is accessible through internet but i can't open them locally.
if i open website locally i get router login page.
how can i solve this problem?

I don't know what the problem is, but you should provide more info, e.g.:
- how is your network/router setup
- does it work if you use IP or "localhost" in the address field

I use my wifi router and forward port 53 and 80 to my centos server.
open localhost return nginx default page but open example.com open router config page.
open example.com form another connection or wifi open website normally.

Hopefully you're not really using example.com as that is a real domain and almost certainly doesn't belong to you.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

It is more difficult to troubleshoot without knowing more details of your web conf and network.
Have you tried adding and entry for the url in the client's hosts file?
