You'll need to post the relevant lines from the output from the lspci -nn or lsusb commands for anyone to be able to help.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

The text of step 4 in http://elrepo.org/tiki/wl-kmod suffers from shorthand notation.

Try to read it as follows:
- Go to http://elrepo.org/tiki/wl-kmod and download from that web page the driver for your platform: Linux® STA 64-bit driver.
- Copy the downloaded file to the directory ~/rpmbuild/SOURCES/
- Then continue with step 5.

still there is error

[hirailyas@hirailyas ~]$ rpmbuild --rebuild --define 'packager hirailyas' /home/hirailyas/rpmbuild/RPMS/wl-kmod-6_30_223_271-5.el7.elrepo.nosrc.r
error: cannot open /home/hirailyas/rpmbuild/RPMS/wl-kmod-6_30_223_271-5.el7.elrepo.nosrc.r: No such file or directory

Check you file name. It is ending in .rpm, not .r as in the command you are trying.
