Preventing NetworkManager to look at wifi or Bluetooth devices

Post by GeorgesGiralt » 2018/07/26 07:04:53

Hello
I've installed a Centos 7.5 using the base server plus GUI template. (this machine will serve as a calculation machine, so must have a GUI to display results)
So far so good.
Of course the machine has no wifi nor Bluetooth card installed but 2 10Gb/s cards... So I set the radio off on the NetworkManager cli.
But the NM still looks for devices apt to implement wifi or Bluetooth and keeps starting a wpa-supplicant, whatever state I set for it using systemctl.
The Security Officer asks for disabling the use of a Wifi or Bluetooh dongle. So I MUST disable this part of NetworManager and can't find how and where...
So I will greatly appreciate help on these matters !
Many thanks in advance for your answer and leads !
