Network error : connexion refused

Hi,

For 12 days ago I buy a dedicated server with CentoS 7. I put some databases and files but had not the time to finish. All works very good.
Today I try to log in in order to finish, but impossible. With SSH I have a message "Network error : connexion refused", same problem if I try to go on the FTP with filezilla.

I don't understand how it's possible because ping works.

My host has a recue mode with Ubuntu and it works to log in on SSH in rescue mode Ubuntu, but not CentoS normal mode.

I have access to KVM.

I write a message to the host, he answers that he doesn't see any problem.

Do you know how to solves this problem ?

If you have access via KVM, then you could check logs, firewall etc.
Have you tried to reboot it?

The SSL parameters via KVM seem to be OK.
Yes, I reboot the server 2 times.

The last event log is the installation, the October 16.

The host says that I need to show the configuration in rescue mode. But what I need to show ... I don't know ...
