negotiation problem between server NIC and Switch port

Centos 7 server's NIC does not support negotiation with Switch port. But My server's NIC .is connected to gigabit switch.port ......inspite of that NIc does not support 1000baseT/Full autometically.....actually i want to do it autometically... anyone can help ...

Try changing the cable.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
