CentOS VLAN help

Hey guys. I'm new in the forum, and I have a question, how I can create Vlan in CentOS. the tutorials I saw on the internet don't working.
If someone can help me

If using NetworkManager then https://access.redhat.com/documentation ... tool_nmcli
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
