Intel virtual function for centos 7

Post by varun_vyas » 2019/11/14 17:27:54

We have one server having with intel x550 ethernet cards. It supports SR-IOV functionality. With the help of same i have created some virtual function / interfaces from physical port for teaming purpose. Now I have created the teaming with those virtual interfaces with vlans tagging and i am trying to ping network it is not pinging. Network settings are correct on server as well on switches.

Please let me know how can we configure these intel x550 virtual interfaces in centos 7 with vlan tagging. If any solution, please ping ASAP.

"Teaming"?
You have more than one physical link, do you?

If you set up VF without teaming and without vlan, does it work?
If you set up VF without teaming but with vlan, does it work?
