network issue with CentOS 7.7.1908 and 3.10.0-1062.4.3.el7.x86_64

Hey everyone. I am unable to update past kernel 3.10.0-957.21.3.el7.x86_64. I am using the system as a router. If I update the kernel, eventually all client internet traffic will drop. I can still get to the internet from the router but cannot talk to any clients inside. Rebooting will clear the issue for a while then it returns. I am able to recreate the issue by having 5 or 6 client machine stream video. Has anyone seen and corrected this issue?
