That should not be possible. The device ID should be a hex number and lalv is not.
[8086:1a1c] is one version of I219-LM.

The e1000e driver in el8 and el9 knows 8086:1a1c, 8086:1a1d, 8086:1a1e, and 8086:1a1f.

ELRepo has kmod-e1000e that adds support for some devices for EL7.

Since you don't seem to have any net, you have to copy via USB, etc.

PS. CentOS 7 has EOL around midsummer. You should choose a different distro.

According to `grep -i "I219-LM" /usr/share/hwdata/pci.id` the only one with "(17)" in its name is

1a1c Ethernet Connection (17) I219-LM

CentOS 7 has no support for any card matching 8086:1a1

If ELRepo's kmod-e1000e is installed then 1a1c appears in the list so it should then work
