[Solved]firewalld to block Access To Outgoing IP Address

I want to block access to outgoing IP addresses i.e both inward and outward connectivity by using firewalld or otherwise and the firewall-cmd --query-rich-rule='rule family="ipv4" destination address="xx:xx:xx:x" reject' is not working.
