Firewalld Copy Traffic on a special port

Hi,
we have installed firewald (firewall-cmd) service on our production centos 7 servers. I wonder to know if there is a way to copy inbound traffic (for a specific port) and forward to external ip address.

I would like to setup a sandbox server and forward it incoming messages copy which is sent to production server.

You can forward, but I don't think you can copy ... move perhaps, but not copy.
