Security Profile OSPP

Hi,

I'm trying to install the OSPP security profile via a kickstart profile however it fails with the following error:

Security Guide not found on system.

Kickstart built with the dve and kickstart addon:

CentOS-8-x86_64-1905-dvd1.iso
%addon org_fedora_oscap
content-type = scap-security-guide
profile = xccdf_org.ssgproject.content_profile_ospp
%end

Note: this works on Red Hat 8.

I've tried to build the Openscap security profiles and change the content-type to datastream however it then fails with a remote resource not being fetched from Red Hat.

Also a GUI install asks for a security profile URL to fetch the profiles. Is there one available?

Any ideas?
