CentOS 8 on AWS

Hi,
I'm working on an application modernisation project that requires moving/consolidating 11 x CentOS 7 servers to AWS. Does anyone have any experience with the stability of CentOS 8 on AWS? There is no official AMI yet so should I take that as meaning it's not fully tested on the platform?
