I'm coming in from using Ubuntu.
Just installed CentOS on my DEV server and right away having issues just doing an update or installing new packages.
Any ideas how to fix this? thanks.

What about "don't use Stream"? It's a permanent beta product and has no place in a production environment.
If you want a RHEL clone then use Rocky/Alma/OEL or even RHEL itself with a developer subscription.

The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
