When I use lscpu command to get information about AMD EPYC 7513 Processor, I got following result:
CPU max MHz:2600
L3 cache : 32768K
these two entries is different from the information i got from AMD EPYC 7513 Spec.
anybody knows why?

It should but CentOS Linux 8.4 is dead so should not be used. Red Hat abolished CentOS Linux 8 at the end of 2021. Find a different distribution.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
