how to install server after centos installation

hi

im new to linux
i installed centos ..and i didnt install any predefined collections of software when this window appeared>>>> (what additional task would u like ur system to inclued support for)
but now i want to install ( server )

how to do that IN COMMAND LINE
and how to install packages

help me please
