[SOLVED] PXE syslinux missing directory

Post by philuk2000 » 2012/05/04 16:53:23

Hello,

I am trying to setup PXE using this howto

http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/PXE/PXE_Setup

after it is installed I am not able to access the directory /usr/lib/syslinux the syslinux directory does not exist so I am unable to copy the files shown in the howto.

Where else could this directory and files reside?

Please help - thanks in advance

Welcome to CentOS

find / -name pxelinux.0
finds pxelinux.0 in /usr/share/syslinux
as would 'rpm -ql syslinux'
