how configure more mails associated with more websites with webmin?

Hello I configured a server with centos 5.6 like the guide of perfect server with centos 5.6.
I configured virtual hosts that host 4 domains and all it is ok.
Now I have problems configuring mails.

Please I would use webmin to configure mails, but step by step how have I to do?

How would you configured your virtual server? I did a try installing webmin on our server and its working so after that I decided to install the virtualmin but there was an error saying "Sendmail is only accepting SMTP connections on the following ports : 127.0.0.1 port smtp. Email from other systems on the Internet will not be accepted. This can be changed in the Sendmail Mail Server module.
.. your system is not ready for use by Virtualmin."


Can you tell me your steps or procedures on how to do it?
